Rebate Structure

  • Up to $400 rebate for 6–11 month leases
  • Up to $500 rebate for 12+ month leases
  • Up to $1,000 rebate for 15–18 month leases with rent ≥ $2,500
  • Client’s Choice: Cash or Free Move Credit (up to $350)

*All caps and rates are based on locator receiving 100% of the commission on rental.We pay 20% of the locator commission we receive from the property, with these easy caps: $400 cap for 6–11 mo leases $500 cap for 12+ mo leases $1,000 cap for 15–18 mo leases when rent ≥ $2,500/mo Client’s Choice: Cash or Free Move credit (up to $350 toward movers).
